I never did that. I applied a chokehold to a shoplifter at a store I worked at when the manager on duty ordered me to stop him (from fleeing). The shoplifter was in his 20s from what I could tell.

I referred to "manhandling" a lawyer when the school I was at tried to not renew my contract. The "manhandling" was how one of the non teacher employees referred to it ("I heard you manhandled the school lawyer") so I simply repeated that characterization. The "manhandling" involved presenting my case to the school board after he presented the case for my contract nonrenewal. I won.

It was one of my proudest moments in recent years. But it was only a temporary victory. Then again almost all victories are temporary. And it might've had nothing to do with how I presented my case. Some time afterwards I realized that the high school principal might've deliberately scuttled the schools position.
