I agree it's somewhat tasteless to discuss cleaning guns (and other general unrelated gun talk) in a thread about a mass shooting. But it's the Red Room, so suck it up. It doesn't warrant splitting the thread up (I generally dislike the practice of splitting and merging threads, because it makes the conversation more confusing).
