When a person says, "I am a Nazi", or wears regalia to that effect or marches under a flag that means that, they are making a statement about their relationship to the holocaust.

Based on what I've seen from 14th Doctors posting history though, he doesn't seem like the type that would have the balls to do it which is kind of funny
