[yt=The most famous guy whose name you don't know]7QPMvj_xejg[/yt] http://www.etonline.com/news/2008/09/64990/index.html From all accounts he was a really cool guy, and had a habit of recording random bits for answering machines/classroom projects/etc for fans who wrote to him.
I actually knew who this guy was before I clicked on this thread. I saw a short documentary or feature on him a few years ago. Damn if I could remember where I saw it, though... He seemed to have a pretty decent sense of humour.
Was it the one that featured him working about a day a week, being chauffeured in a limo from one job to the next and knocking them out in a single take? He seemed like a good guy and what a life! RIP
I recently saw him on a comedy show (Carlos Mancia or some other similiar show). Yep...he was the MAN - much like announcer Don Pardo.
I guess Morgan Freeman will be getting a lot of work from now on... Seriously, this guy will probably be remembered as an icon in Hollywood.
Yeah. "In a world where both our cars were totally under water..." He had a good sense of humour, too.
yep. Also the guy who narrates Frontline has broken into commercials so we will be hearing more of him as well. A good voice is hard to come by.
