Wait, no one here plays xbox anyway, do they? Anyone played the Smurfs? Or if they don't want to admit it, have they watched their kids play it? I picked it up a week ago and enjoyed it for the most part. It was a nice light hearted game. Although repetitious. It brought me back in time.
I saw The Smurfs for the Playstation (1) on Amazon. I was considering it because it was only a penny, and I had a $5 gift certificate (shipping games is $4 which is absurd) but I ended up choosing another game called Streak, which was also a penny. If I get another $5 certificate, I may go pick it up. I picked up a used Playstation a week or so ago for a handful of WWII DVDs and a couple of bucks. It was worth it, because now I have a game system (I haven't had a game system in many years)! Granted, on an HDTV (even a 19" HDTV), the graphics are a bit fuzzy, but I can live with that because I have some fond memories of the PSX. Anyway, if I do get The Smurfs, I'll let you know. Oh, I DID play the Smurfs on the old Colecovision many years ago. I believe it was one of the first games to ever have a soundtrack ("Simple Gifts," in this case).
In response to your first question, I own an Xbox 360, but it's been in a drawer somewhere for a couple years.
