Russia will just shut the gas off to them again. So much for their clean carbon footprints. Europe does not have an energy plan with the exception of the UK.
Russia might not want to do that for the economic consequences. Their stock market has already taken a huge hit over this crisis. They need the revenues from fuel.
Our "energy plan" is to build fucking windmills in every homeowner's back garden. That and "fracking" which if the hippies are to be believed, will cause the entire country to cave in.
