For more than a year an FBI informant wore a wire and caught cops demanding payoffs, staging accidents and selling guns. This probe started after Investigator exposed widespread fraud in the towing industry two years ago. I really dislike cops that much more after this! The CPD just had a MAJOR Federal raid a little more than ten years ago called "Operation Blueshield", that led to a whole bunch of them getting fired. They just got off Federal Probation because of that, and here they are making mischief again
Nothing new here. We are used to this, it comes up every week at least. We have cops beating little girl bartenders. Mobs of them attacking patrons. You name it, we got it.
Don't be ridiculous. It's illegal for citizens to own handguns in Chicago. So Chicago police would be the last people selling handguns there.
