Fix Rick Perry's Brain Fart

Okay, Perry couldn't remember which three Federal agencies he'd eliminate if he was elected President (yeah, right ). So help the poor stooge out. If you were elected President, which agencies would you (try to) eliminate?

I'll start- Departments of Energy, Education and Homeland Security, for starters.

I would combine everything into one agency except for the DOD, State, Interior, FBI, CIA, and Treasury.

Then I'd cut that one agency.

And then I would rename the DOD to the DOWAGTKYFA. (Department Of We Are Going To Kick Your Fucking Ass)

Easy for me:
DOE (education)
Homeland Security
ATF

While not Departments:
Dissolve the TSA, fold the ATF and DEA into the FBI.

The only problem I have with getting rid of Homeland Security is that once again were faced with the issue of where the fuck does the Coast Guard go?!?!?

I'm not sure if I would dissolve the Departments of Energy or Education or just make them agencies who basically do grant writing and supervision.

Coast Guard doesn't have to go anywhere. It can be made into it's own agency. Hell it deserves it a lot more then most of the current agencies we've got now.

If that doesn't work it needs to be dropped back into the Navy's hands.

Ones we ought to keep- State, Treasury, Defense. Everything else goes on the block.

The Coasties started out as part of the Department of the Treasury and, later, were part of the Department of Transportation. They can go back to one of those.
