Most of America does suck. Especially those parts north and south of the United States. A little oasis amid the desert of suck we are.
Well there are some pretty amazing stories coming out of Calgary of people helping each other so you can all go fuck yourselves. As for the price gouging, the fruit plate is actually $60, and the guy charging $20 for ice has since taken down the sign after Twitter became aware of it.
Sounds about right. I've been to Montreal, Calgary, and Vulcan, AB. Took Via Rail from Toronto to Edmonton (fantastic experience!) and a drive down to Calgary. Beautiful country, clean, diverse cities, friendly people. You guys will always have my .
Stories of people driving in for Regina and other cities with vac trucks helping clean out houses. I'm back there tomorrow. Boss wants me to get out there ASAP helping clean up.
Where Forbin and I live in New Jersey is gorgeous. We all don't live in Newark or Patterson, ya know.
And yet you're both armed to the teeth because "they" are gonna break your door down any minute now...
Which is hilarious when one considers I live in the middle of the city and we don't lock our door, well, ever.
I was talking about the other 'Couv I heard they were considering changing their name to Vansterdam...
In order to avoid confusion and to be more accurate, from here on out Vancouver (WA) will be referred to as Vantucky.
That would be Vancouver, BC... Seriously, though -- why the fuck are there two Vancouvers in such close proximity to each other -- and about the same geographic position in terms of the border on the same fucking highway (old US 99, now I-5/BC 99 and OR 99), only a state/province away from the other? Seriously... Salem, Portland, OR/WA, Vancouver, Longview, Centralia, Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle, Everett, Bellingham, Blaine, WA/BC, Vancouver. If you're driving from Oregon, you hit Vancouver BC, you think, didn't I just leave this shit?
Are claiming there were cities there that far back? I think you have some work to do on your history...
Where was the discussion about "cities"? I'm just pointing out that Vancouver was once several other named settlements, most of which are still identifiable as parts of the present municipal region. I think you have to work on comprehension.
