    What's the deal with the reputation points?


    I haven't seen them on any other discussion boards I have been on. Seems kind of cool idea to me.

    Basically it's a way to agree or disagree with a post without bumping a thread. And sometimes agreement or disagreement is all one has to add.

    It's a standard feature in board software but most forums turn it off because people always end up taking it too seriously.
