Free Hugs

    Seen today in downtown Chicago: several fairly attractive young women offering hugs to passers-by. They had little signs and everything. I was walking by, curious but wary, when the girl on the end looked right at me and cheerfully asked, "Would you like a hug?"

    Well, sure, ok. She hugged me and said, "Have a good day. :)" That was it.

    Ever seen anything like this? Just what the hell are they up to? :unsure:

    Saw this on campus a few months ago. The signs said "Free Hugs!". The girls were just average though.
