Sadly, ther's a tiny but real segment in the latter category still (I have a very good Facebook friend who detransitioned and basically went underground because her bitch ex-wife had gotten an Alabama judge to cut her off from her kids) and hardly any, anymore, in the former - the psychological screening is much more effective now, if you see one that gamed things like Heyer they typically did so at least 30 years ago) Also, if you find a post-transition person who gave up and killed themselves, that's someone from the "rejected" group who choose to die rather than go back. Objectively, studies suggest that the percentage of those who undergo GRS and regret it are comparable to those who regret any other sort of surgery, and for the same reason - they tend to correlate with poor outcomes in the process itself (botched operations and infections and such) AFAIK it's practically impossible to study how many socially transition and then "drop out" and go back, and likewise it's impossible to say how many think "oh shit, I'm not really a woman after all" and how many get divorced by a spouse they can't stand to lose, or get fired and end up homeless, or just can't stand being a constant object of derision from callous assholes who consider themselves "moral" But hey, pay no mind to the one person here (or at least one of two) who's actually in a position to know these things and feel free to assume some bullshit written by a Pharisee con-man instead.
