I started it and actually changed the channel. The animation was just fugly, I don't care what style you call it. Fat Batman with skinny legs is just fucking stupid. I tuned back in an hour later and it was still ugly with a retarded story.
I thought it was just average. It could have been great if they had made it one continuous story and stuck with the same animation style... preferably the style used in the last segment. As for the individual stories, the only I didn't like was the first one. 'Deadshot' was the best of the vignettes. It's an interesting experiment in animation but a full animated movie, like 'Mask Of The Phantasm' or 'Return Of The Joker' would have been better. I actually think the animation in the last skit was amazing. I'd love to see a whole series done that way, but with the writing found in Batman: TAS. Hopefully, the Wonder Woman movie coming will be better. 'New Frontier' was cool... 'Superman: Doomsday' was very meh.
The first one was awful, the second just mediocre, I really liked the rest. Particularly from "feild test" onward. also props for having Conroy voice it throughout.
