    You gotta be ecky, too much sense to be chup or another of the Brits who post here frequently.

    What an interesting convenience to adoption of multiple layers of regulations and examples of grossly excessive government - existence of sufficient number of agencies amongst which to allocate and shift blame and finger point, leaving most bureaucrats able to survive until the next balls up.

    Being against tax increases does not mean that same person is against taxes existing in the first place. It's really not that complicated.
