Happy Mother's Day to all the moms on here. Hope your day is a happy and safe one. We went to my mom's for Mother's Day dinner. First time in over a year we were able to get together. Getting vaccinated let us get together. We were happy to finally be able to get together. We (I) made dinner. We had mussels in tomato sauce and prosciutto wrapped melon with mozzarella for appetizers. For the dinner, red potatoes, shallots, green beans drizzled with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dill weed. Grilled steaks, lobster tail on the grill. Also picked up a piece of wagyu as well. First time for the wagyu, it came out so tender it practically melted in your mouth. Really wish I could tell @garamet Happy Mother's Day, just once more.
