Saturday is now my holy. fucking. wow. oh my god. day. They have a new program at my gym where you just smoke check yourself with classes. I did the tai chi/pilates, than a cycling RPM class, and finished with a body pump (essentially a weight lifting class) This set takes 3.5 hours back to back. Holy fuck. Im still feeling it. Sunday is now truely. A day of rest.
Eh, I would have when I was younger. Ill I wanted to do was fly But I had a car accident followed by some seizures, and well....It was lost from there So than I just dated pilots
Training pageant girls today Dont know if that counts as a work out Guess I will force a run on the treadmill
I need help Woke up with neck pain yesterday I thought it was just from sleeping on it wrong or something because its down the side of my neck. Went to dance rehearsal, and used stair climber in the evening. Than I was in so much pain last night I took a percocet Woke up this morning, and I cant lift my arm without a shooting pain in the same spot in my neck. It feels sharp in my neck, and achy on my shoulder blade and trap. Even moving my jaw gives pain. Tear, strain, or sprain?
That sounds to me like a pinched nerve somewhere, but you don't want to be fucking around with shooting pains in your upper body like that.
Rotator cuff shouldn't be causing you pain in your jaw. Given what you've said about your workouts it sounds like you might have seriously overdone something. Maybe it's time to see the doc; at any rate, it sounds like you are going to have to throttle back a bit for a while.
Managed to get through the day. Talked to a friend at the gym, he mentioned a pull in my trap that could go from the base of skull down the side He said the jaw could easily be strain from over compensating on that side Definetly said hold for 48 hours, and if the pain increases hit up the doctor
Sounds like an impingement from your shoulder being forced into an unnatural position or angle. I've had a few of these. You rarely feel them as they happen, only hours later or the next day.
Im better now. Still dont have full rotation turning my neck to the right, but hay Its better than where it was
