how does one go about e-publishing short stories or an ongoing serial?

    What I am really asking is where are the good sites. Oh, and yes I do know that I would need to be far more professional in my writing if I were to do something like that. I am not stupid and I do understand that when people pay to read things it should be easy and nice to read.
