    As far as I can tell each one recharges individually, exactly 24 hours from the time it was used. Isn't it still 30, though?

    So if I use a rep now....I'll check it back in 24 hours?

    Makes more sense to me then....cause I couldn't figure out why I'd be running out 'again'....the next day, after repping just 6 people.
