Indoctrination is a religious and political propaganda thing. Going to church or religious ceremonies is exactly what indoctrination is. Saying a pledge of allegiance is indoctrination. Standing for the national anthem in all sports events and ceremonies is indoctrination. purity tests for citizenship are indoctrination. swearing your allegiance to the country to become a citizen is indoctrination.

These forced ceremonies and propaganda do not exist for GLBT people. I did not have to do a fucking thing to be trans. There was no fucking book, no one came to my house to tell me about it. There is no ceremony. No one came up to me over and over and said I had to pledge allegiance to the dick before I had to suck it. There is no church I had to join to suck cock. I never read any of these gay cocksucking books before I tried one for myself.

There were some instructions that might have helped me and my family. Things like buy the kid some dresses so "he" doesn't have to figure things out in yours or the other siblings. Maybe don't use duct tape to tuck. Don't use toxic chemicals to fatten that ass up.

No one forces this shit on anyone, but they do indoctrinate us into the gender norms and force compliance of those to a toxic psychotic point.

No one forces children or adults to do these things, but we do have a force of fascist indoctrinating pricks who tell us all we have to be christian, in america, to be good. We have people telling us we are traitors if we do not pledge allegiance to the flag, but the same people think selling top secret info to the russians makes a man the best president ever. religion was made purely for indoctrination into the community faith. It was made to steal more money from people through indoctrination ceremopnies and tithing so that they could manipulate the political tribal indoctrination that existed.

Look at all the red sheep pretending they are against groupthink and indoctrination. The right wing is the blue pill. You have to be blue pilled to be a republican.

that's the discussion I was having on Twitter a while back with a like minded thinker - the reactionaries, as is their way, employed another preemptive rhetorical inversion to this issue. Which is to say, they front the term "gender ideology" as if it's ***US*** that are going door to door passing out pamphlets about how "you too can question your gender!"

No, the ACTUAL ideology is "Thou Shalt Conform!" There's no objective, non-ideological rational for WHY it matters if someone doesn't align with the culturally expected binary (any more than there's an objective reason why a Muslim would should wear hajab - wear it if you want but it is of course conforming to an ideology, not some objective ppractical necessity).

All this bullshit about kids not being trans and drag queens and all the associated bruhaha...ideology masqurading as objectivity while they accuse US of pushing an ideology.

And in that respect it's just like every other reactionary propaganda - those who decry "political correctness" apply all the pressure they can muster to force conformity to THEIR politics. Those who moan and bleat about "cancel culture" have whole goddamned well-funded organizations whose only reason for existence is to seek cancelation. The whole "intellectual freedom on campus" crowd is out there literally taking over an entire fucking PUBLIC college with the goal of make it the "Hillsdale of the South" - as if Hillsdale or Liberty is out here hosting a lecture from AOC.

There's a great line by Eric Hoffer.
"If propaganda were as powerful as its cracked up to be, there never would have been a need for secret police or the gestapo".

Watch the side that has the guns and billy clubs.
They're probably the one with the weak argument.

Here is the point, indoctrination is not just nazi bullshit and the gespacho police. Ity is forcing your children to say the pledge of allegiance. It is things like going to church, any holiday, celebrations, and cultural events. It is boys wearing blue and girls wearing pink. It ios only allowing girls to wear skirts and dresses. It is having girls shows and boys shows.

Are all of these things bad? Not entirely, but the people who force strict adherence to these ideas at the expense of anyone who does not conform are the fascists and they need an enemy. As we see they are well aware of how toxic they are because they try to pretend the others are trying to indoctrinate them through existing.

The difference between GLBT indoctrination and the republican one is you just go hang out with GLBT people and adopt any cultural things because you want to. On the other side we are hammered with forced indoctrination as children into our adult lives. If you dress outside of your gender in any school dress code you are punished in multiple ways, anmd you are labelled a troublemaker. You are always socially punished for not conforming. There is some purpose to followinmg some rules, but as we grow into adults we all rebel against the pointless rules in some way or another.

What happens to some, like republicans, is they get attached to a lot of arbitrary pointless rules that abuse other people. The people who talk about enforced indoctrination are the enforcers. It is not forced indoctrination to see someone outside the norm and have to go on under the social construct of mutual respect. disrespect towards the others for being different is the breaking of the social contract. The intollerant break the social contract and try to harm the others, and that is where we start defining criminal behavior. It is when you break the social contract to harm others that society tosses your ass in jail because you broke the law.

The republicans are trying to break a social contract of peaceful coexistence as it harms no one. Thjey are trying to pretend it harms them when it is really that they want to abuse others. The problem with the attitude is that they are abusers, but thewy are trying to codify their abuse into law, and they will always need someone else to abuse which is why their system will always break at some point because eventually you run out of the others and have to go after those who used to be in your group to satisfy your sadism.

This is where every single republican is. There is no right winger that is not this way. If you are a right winger in any way this is in your soul and you cannot have your ideology without it.
