TEENAGER BROADCASTS FRIEND’S RAPE ON SOCIAL MEDIA @Lanzman, I'm in, what do you need from me to activate the comet project?
The teenager was drunk, and while the penultimate sentence of that article bemoans how she could exploit this crime for mere likes, the very last sentence reads simply, "SHARE this."
I'm able to generate a sufficient magnetic field, but collimating the projection to avoid the square/cube problem is proving vexing. How are you with quantum field dynamics? And the "friend" should get the same punishment as the rapist.
So since the one that did the recording was 18, and the one being filmed while raped was 17, wouldn't that make the "friend" guilty of producing and distributing child porn as well?
So she filmed the rape and put it on social media so someone would call 911 instead of actually calling 911? I know teenagers don't think straight, but this is absolutely absurd. I wonder if the guy has a record? Also, I'd like to pitch in on the comet project.
I hate this shittastic state. @Lanzman, make the comet land in Ohio first, and put it out of its misery.
Well maybe if you weren't always sober, you could aspire to such hieth's. What kind of German is always sober anyway?
That is a fair point. I live in Ohio, and I'm sober, so gods only knows what's wrong with me. Still, even drunk, this is a terrible thing, and I still hate this shittastic state. If you ever visit the U.S., as cool as it would be to meet you, I recommend avoiding Ohio. It is a silly place.
Seems I'm about ten to nil then on visiting the US while avoiding Ohio. Wait, Cleveland is in Ohio, isn't it? Damn. I did go there after all. But at least I didn't notice.
I will say one thing in her favor: By filming it, she reduces the whole "He said/She said" aspect that often comes up in rape trials.
Well, Cleveland is right across the lake from Canada, which may have saved you from Ohio's deadly effects.
Being drunk doesn't create sociopathic tendencies that aren't there. I refuse to believe that teenagers are this goddamned stupid to not call the police first. If she was sober enough to record this and laugh about it on the audio, she was sober enough to dial 911.
She shouldn't, is mine. At least for nowhere near as long as a sober adult who did the same thing, much less for as long as the rapist.
Pretty sure in this country a sober adult who did what this person did would still end up being a felon as a result of it.
Yes, of course. I don't think anyone disagrees with that. The question is whether the same behaviour should still be persecuted as a felony when it comes from an inebriated barely adult girl.
