    I unfortunately have had too many unpleasant encounters with ridiculous amounts of connective tissue and bone shards in sausages to really enjoy them anymore. :(

    But bacon has never so done me wrong! Think that's what I'll have for breakfast.

    Pork chops, cooked in a decent cider and then coated in breadcrumbs and mozzarella, and served with caramelized apple slices...

    To drink, warm apple juice with a (un)healthy splash of vodka, some raisins and a cinnamon stick in it!
