    I know for a fact that Senator Shelby pulled right around 20 million dollars out of his ass for a tiny little grass strip airport down in south Alabama last year and there's several billion in funds sitting up there with his name on it in case Birmingham ever decides to put in the light rail system they've been talking about for over a decade.
