    Yes, I was using the mean.

    Median is problematic with a sample set as small as the "convict" voters, but the median age of "acquit" voters is 65 and the median age of "convict" voters is 63.

    The median "acquit" Republican has been in the Senate for eight years and the median "convict" Republican has been there for 10.

    I would throw in a truncated mean, but it's basically the same as the straight-up arithmetic mean.
