Okay, the rationale is that women and men are not supposed to mix unless they are married or are family members. In order to get around this restriction against intermingling of the genders in the workplace, the islamic courts in Egypt issued a fatwa that women workers must breast-feed their male co-workers five times. The act of breast-feeding those strangers renders them family instantly. It' s almost as if the female worker adopts the male coworkers and to make the "adoption" official she breast-feeds them. Simple logic, in my opinion. Primitive yes, but logical nonetheless.
