Yeah it was kinda nice, wasn't it? Nice to see any leader, Republican or Democrat, step up to the plate in this way. Also, I guess I should own up to it... while not a lot of things move me emotionally, I cried watching this.
Yeah the little gay guy that works across the hall from me had on a purple shirt today. I don't know how many people there knew what it stood for though.
Indeed. Everyone at work was all "what's with the tie?" Then I explained, and they seemed more confused than before.
Maybe some gene therapy could be invented someday and these gay teens could get it administered so they aren't gay anymore? Am trollin....
It didn't cost the taxpayers anything. The taxpayer doesn't buy clothes for government officials. Maybe you're getting the taxpayer and the RNC confused.
Yeah, but she's a politician, married to another politician. Outside of Bill's speaking fees post-Presidency, more than half of their money has to have been stolen by the usual ways sleazy politicians make money: Outright graft or indirect theft, both of which ultimately cost taxpayers. The Marc Rich pardon alone must've gotten them over a million. Yeah, I'm just fuckin with ya. I dislike your sweetie as much or more as all of the full-time politicians. Fuckin whores, the lot of 'em. They're entire lives as "public servants" to me are one big theft of taxpayer resources.
I disagree, everything a politician does costs the taxpayers. Their income is derived from the hard work of taxpayers across the country. It seems that most of your posts attempt to put members of the Democratic Party in a favorable while you attempt to cast a negative light onto Republicans. That is unfortunate, since both parties have the same ultimate goal.
Aw geez. She's got to wear something; y'all'd prefer it if she (and all other politicians) went nekkid?
Probably as much as any other outfit she could have worn. Unless you're assuming the Secretary of State should walk around naked, which would cost the taxpayers millions after a rise in blindness overwhelmed the Medicare system.
