I do wonder how we would ever enforce no sales to immigrants in our system where there are so many legal ways to purchase guns, and so little enforcement of gun possession. Even if they did not have the right to purchase a weapon, there is no real enforcement of that restriction, especially in Texass where many of them first cross the border.
