    Just to add to the stupidity but he is confusing NYC with the RW narrative about San Francisco.

    NYC has a garbage issue not a public defecation issue. NYC has a Right to Shelter law meaning that every homeless person has a right to a shelter to go to. The city is required to have these shelters ready at all times. So you simply don’t have the issues with tents and other situations of folks not having access to facilities like other cities are experiencing during this housing crisis.
