Who would have thought I arrive, want to start posting regularly and then the forums go down for three days. That is impeccable timing. I honestly thought I crashed the board. Anyway, I am probably like everyone else and came from that other bbs. I see some familiar names so that's cool. Might be fun to read along during the craziness that is election season. its going to be a clown show for the next several months.
I was perma-banned from there 2 or so years ago. And so have all my duals, almost all of them with less than a dozen posts. Aside from the babe of the week thread, all were for BS reasons. One was after making one post in TNZ.
I have family in Burlingame and Palo Alto, know the area pretty well. Never a Sharks fan, though. Kings (long before they were good) and Bruins are my NHL teams.
I'm guessing East Bay. I live in the East Bay and commute down 880 to north San Jose (spitting distance from the new stadium). Crappy, crappy commute, but I get to do it mostly outside of heavy commute hours. Anyhoo, welcome!
I drive that road every now and again. That's a very high overcrossing. I had a girlfriend once whose mother thought the view from there was the best in the area.
