Has anyone ever used one of these printers before?

I'm curious because right out of the box, the display on it is showing a different language, and I don't know how to get it to display in English.

I did some rummaging around and came up with this: Go to the printer properties within Windows then to Printer preferences by right clicking on the Lexmark printer, look for language and set it to English. Press ok.

    Got it from this link....

I tried that too. I also tried doing it from the screen itself as the Lexmark instruction manual. Unfortunately I can't read what the display options are.

I think I'm just going to put the thing back into the box and exchange it at the store. Let them know that is how it came out of the box.

Yeah, it's one of those deals where you end up wasting time trying to figure out how to make a product work when it should work out of the box. Exchange it and be done with it. You're time's worth something, why waste it that way?

I think you have to press 1 for English.

I know but darn thing doesn't have a 1. I looked all over it. ;) I already exchanged it though so I'm good.
