    You know what's fun?

If you google "Ohoitnik" you get a page for the "Alternate Delegates to the Republican National Delegation"

A literal card carrying republican you are.

That's what I said. And you didn't say anything else, since a bootlicking statist dickbasket like you hasn't any ideas of his own. i'm issuing you your talking points now, sheep. Shut up, get over here, and get down for the fleecing. If you'll do it for them, you'll do it for me.

See what happens when you deviate from the script you're given, sheep? Now be a good little lamb and say what I tell you to say.

Seems like a lot of people here are "stalkers", aren't they?

Or maybe it's just human nature to look up usernames to see what other stuff they have posted out there and it's perfectly normal for curious people to do so.

A perfectly normal thing for stalkers to do you mean......

I could not care less and therefore didn't bother to look him up outside of this place.

Or maybe it's human nature to look these things up when someone says how easy it is to find.

No, it wouldn't. Because I, your new State, say so. Now bow down and worship the State like you always do, plebe!

Hell, I mostly just wanted to know what his username means. I wasn't able to read it without thinking it should begin with "Ohio" and it was bugging me. I figured, given the nature of the board, that it was probably some obscure sci-fi thing that would easily be determined by a google search. Little did I know . . .

Was it human nature to copy the information on Wordforge? Didn't you cross the line in the rules by doing that?

Kind of odd to have a go at me for hinting it exists and then just copy it wholesale on the board. :dizzy:

That was exactly the reason I looked up his username...it was so odd I wondered if it was a foreign word for something. I actually wasn't looking him up for personal information...why would I? We haven't even interacted.

Tamar is the one who called the entire board's attention to the personal information thing instead of, say, sending him a friendly PM about it. Just curious, is she a "leftist" now?

Yes, I am so dangerous.

I say....look...something is on the internet. In public. For all the world to see, regardless of whether I mention it or not.

But let's keep pretending and acting like I've done something like posted someone's personal information that isn't already easily and publicly available for all the world to see and actually violated someone's privacy.

If you wanted to be helpful, you could have sent him a PM saying "hey, did you know that your username lets people find out X and Y about you?" He might even have been able to get the website in question changed before anyone else bothered to look.

Right. Clearly, handing people information they didn't have is inconsequential if they also could find out some other way. This is why private detectives don't exist, forensics is a dead science, communication media are a faltering market, and you sign your WF posts with your RL name.

In this case, you actually didn't. But the problem with being a repeat offender is people tend to view you with skepticism.
