No. Not like gay days. The point is, there's lots of people in animal suits at Disneyland. A lot of people go there explicitly to see Mike the Giant Rat. So you turn loose a bunch of other people, not on Zombie Walt's payroll, in furry animal suits and pure pandemonium would ensue. Utter higgledy piggledy.

Could be amusing, but Disneyland and Disney World are both located in places that are awfully warm for walking around in fur suits.

    That's what I was thinking.

Nah, we're fine. Although furries are kinda borderline. :)

Furries creep me the fuck out. In fact that is one of two arguments for gay marriage one could successfully make with me--"It's perfectly legal for a furry wedding."

Actually the other argument is against specifically defining marriage as between a man and a woman, but close enough.

[EDIT: That'd be even better than a furry convention--a furry wedding at Disney World, with Mickey as the minister. :diacanu:]

Mm. Feel free to present evidence that furryism is innate and not a lifestyle choice any old time there. :bailey:

I dunno about that. One of the things that impressed me last year from my visit to Long Beach was the fact that it was late June and you could still wear jeans and possibly even a sport coat in the middle of the day. Down here you try that mode of dress here in the summer and you will sweat off 15lbs per hour. No one, unless they are forced to by vocation, willingly wears a suit down here.

 That's because Long Beach is part of the coastal micro-climate. Closer to San Diego weather than Anaheim/Disneyland, which is further inland, and a little warmer.

For example, right now it's 75 degrees where I am, 73 in Long Beach, 83 in Anaheim.

Most of the time evenings in June especially in the coastal areas are relatively mild. Later in the summer season, especially during a heat wave it can be downright hot, even at the beach. San Diego area gets rather humidity in August and into September a lot of times.

A nice relaxing day out in the desert. March AFB has a museum, one of the planes on display is an SR-71. Talk about a really cool plane.

George W. Bush's plane was there too.

I was playing with the panorama setting on the phones camera too. Kind of cool.
