I have a cure for the spare tire. It is called diabetes and drug use. I dropped that tire I got in my late thirties in a month. No exercise at all. Plenty of mucinex, coercidin hbp, and some good tunes to trip to. I am pretty sure I was also eating tons of sugar. The back end is really painful with the dishes c neuropathy, but the weight is still gone years later.

I dropped my spare tire (five inches off my waist!) through nutrition and exercise over about a years time, so I wouldn't lose any muscle along with the fat. Sadly I'll never be as fit as I was when I was in my early thirties when ironically I did have an ample "spare tire" and with that a much higher body fat percentage than I do now. So I might look a lot better now than I did back then, but that has very little to do with actual athletic performance. But it's all relative - for my age of 55 years I'm in the 95th percentile of fitness, but compared to a 35 year old I'd only be in the 50th percentile. Growing old might suck but (as my dad used to say) it sure beats a kick in the ass!
I have a cure for the spare tire. It's one of those temporary tires, sometimes called a "donut". Much smaller in width and lower weight than a regular tire and is generally good for up to 50 mph for 50 miles of range so about an hour of driving. Which unless you're in certain areas of some western states is generally enough to get you to a place to fix your flat. I had to use mine on the car on the way back home from school on the interstate no less. Worked well.
No alarms. I've had older and younger too. But it fits into the whole picture. She is a gold digger who got more than she's bargained for and that's the end of that.
