I don't think he personally did. I think there was significant foreign interference in the election, and I suspect the Trump campaign was indeed colluding with them. But that supposedly couldn't be proven, and even if it had been Trump wouldn't have suffered any consequences. The GOP is too slavishly devoted to him. Kinda like you.
