Major Issues You Don't Care About One Way Or the Other

Are there any major policy issues foreign or domestic that you either do not care about at all or your concern is minimal? So minimal for example that you could agree to support either way with little effort on the part of the die hards.

I'll give four I care little about:

1) Gun ownership in the U.S. I've never owned many guns and I never will. And I don't particularly care much whether people own many of them or not. Yeah there is the Second Amendment but I don't think the founding fathers were gods.

2) Marijuana legalization. I don't and none of my immediate family uses it and I don't know why anybody would. At the same time I don't think legalization will make a major difference one way or the other.

3) The death penalty. Nominally I support the death penalty but I fully realize it will never be used in the U.S. with the frequency that I would prefer so ultimately it makes no real difference to me.

4) Term limits. An idea that sounds good but I think that overall it promotes good government very little.

Founding fathers supported dept for credit. Tea Party goes nuts. Term limits you could lose people with actual talents; with guys like FDR, Christie, McCain, Biden, Graham, Goldwater and Madigan.

I don't give a shit about Dokdo. Still, I had to hear about it regularly.

1) global warming - because there is nothing I can do about it, save destroying modern civilization (assuming it's man made).
2) the war on drugs - a big waste of time and money. There's a market, people will fill that need, whether it's your crooked doctor feeding you opioids or your neighbor selling you coke, or your corner store selling you booze.
3) confederate flag - if it's on your property go for it, otherwise it's a snoozer of an issue.

1) other people's sex lives
2) the gays
3) your religion or lack thereof
4) Canadians

The only time i might be bit concerned about sex lives is when they potentially be spreading stds on purpose. Thats more sociopaths and potentially serial killers.

I'm atheist but as long as people keep their shit to themselves (aren't trying to fuck up my life to appease their gods) I don't give a shit. I feel no desire to 'bring them to rationality' or ridicule them in any way. As long as their religions are properly irrelevant to my life, why should I care?

Canada welcomed 10,000 refugees in December. Some of them were actually on the radio this morning complaining about being holed up in a hotel (yes, a hotel) for 10 days. One woman even said she wanted to go back to Syria. I guess she prefers mass murder,war and drone strikes to being cooped up in a hotel in a safe Western city.

I think the lesson here is that, regardless of nationality, people are selfish assholes.
