You already took his life - a watch and money are really going to upset his family any more than his death? He doesn't need it anymore anyway IMO. Having said that, the rules about souveniers when I was in Iraq in 2003 were these: 1. Nothing that goes "boom!" 2. Nothing off dead guys.
