oh. 131 votes net increase in margin of victory.

    .004% of all votes cast.

    Okay then.

Meh. it was a factor in that it drug the sausage making out into the light, but that goes back to the Russians and Assange.

What happened in the race was run of the mill party politics, it's just usually not exposed to the daylight.

I assume you're responding to Tererun here (WordForge's jellyroll software makes it all pretty unclear).

The sausage-making aspect is why I mentioned McGovern. None of it is new --- at least in the primaries and actual nomination.

What may be new is the possible wholesale cybernetic theft of an entire freaking election. I mean, stealing elections is as American as apple pie, but hitherto it was clear who did it and how.

When it comes to hacking, however, well the Entire Process falls into doubt and disrepute.

So what was the point again of recounting all the votes for that state when there was absolutely zero evidence of election shenanigans other than the usual "I can't accept the results?"

Funny, I was opining on another board about how Americans think they can just up and go wherever they want whenever they please. All these American liberals who said they would go to Canada if Trump were elected. Well, I think that's sorta up to the Canadians whether that happens.

American leftists should stay home and fight godammit.

So, fella, don't tell them to leave. Yore stuck with 'em, yep.

And everything Tererun said is true. America is always thumping itself on the chest and telling the rest of the world how effing free it is. What a goddam democracy it has. And yet, election after election, year after year, the whole world sees how threadbare, how ramshackle the whole sorry business is.

The funny thing is that 2016 seems to be the year when even Americans woke up to this fact. That they'd been totally screwed by all the Reagans and Clintons they'd ever elected.
Instead of getting smart, however, this new awareness made them so angry they allowed themselves to be conned by none other than a real-estate mogul named Donald who was born with a silver spoon up his nose.

It's a sad, sad spectacle, and the Rustbucket Rustics who presumably boosted Donald over the top are in for a big letdown. (Shit, I coulda warned them ...)

But don't tell people who actually understand what's going on to Book a Ticket and Just Leave.

So was it "ramshackle" when Obama got elected? What was the world opinion on that election? You seem to have left that regime out of your tirade.

Another really wrong point for the deplorables is that if they cannot have their way they would rather sink the country and I am pretty sure that is why they voted trump in. Their kind is losing all sorts of ground and they are going to wreck this before it is taken away from them. They do not want to make things great again, they want to blow things up.

same as the point of every other recount ever.

(and better than the point of the recount McCrory cried out for in NC when he lost - did I miss your post telling him to suck-it-up-buttercup?)
