A rant by a friend of mine: The levels of gross stupidity - of incompetence beyond bearable levels - reached heights at work today that I thought were, frankly, impossible. For the record, he works at a call centre. The person that complained was "a team manager, in charge of hundreds of people."
Where did you drag this up from? Sounds dubious in view if the fact that it talks about telling someone to "fuck off".
Like I said, it was a mate of mine, a rant of his on his Live Journal. From what he's told me before of where he works, I'm really not surprised at someone snapping and telling a customer to fuck off.
