Alas, I can't rep you. Seems that there's some sort of carn-nabed limit on how much you can give out.
It would be very nice to see him posting again. I suspect the environment would be far more welcoming, too.
For the 13 people who weren't part of the "great migration": Who is this guy? Is it male/female? Old/young?
He is an a American gay dude who moved to Iceland so he could marry his Icelandic love who's real name is Thor...
And they should have moved to Massachusetts! Anyway, he's mostly just a cool guy from the old days who was trolled incessantly by a few homophobes who are no longer here, and Techman, who would fail if he tried to troll kirk1adm.
We love MA..we usually spend a few days there every time we visit the states. But unfortunately, even marriage in Massachusetts wouldn't help our situtation because the marriage wouldn't be recognized on a Federal level.
Um, remember the colour on the door! Welcome back, MH. One thing I'm curious about, to your knowledge would a UK civil partnership be recognised as a marriage in Iceland?
Yes, civil unions from other countries, as well as marriage where it is legal (Canada, Spain, The Scandanavian Countries and Germany) are legally recognized in Iceland. ..by the way, what does "rep that av" mean?
Reputation points. See all the green squares under people's avatars? See the scales bellow that? If you see a post you like (or dislike) you can click on the scales to grant positive or negative reputation. I think you might need fifty posts before you can grant rep, but you can receive it now. You make a cute couple, so TheLurker gave you a point.
I don't live in a Scandinavian Country, but it was the 1st country with Gay marriage... Not civil unions, but marriage...
