    Do you take naps when you get home from your day of toil? I try not to take them, or I have a hard time getting back to sleep at night. Now it is quarter to three and I'm wide awake!

    I absolutely refuse to nap because in the few times it's been unavoidable, I NEVER GO TO FUKKEN SLEEP that night. I'd rather have a good night's rest and be ready to go next morning than catch a few zs early.

    Naps are good. I don't ever have time for them during the week, but there's nothin' better than a Saturday where you sleep, eat, have sex, watch cartoons and repeat all day.

    Give me a warm saturday afternoon on the back deck with a good book and I'll spend more time sleeping than reading.

    I take the occasional after-work nap in my heated vibrating recliner to take the edge off.
