    Labor rights. Because SCOTUS has already shown with abortion and voting rights that it's willing to revisit "settled law" so the Righties are chomping at the bit to get other stuff overthrown. Gay rights have to wait until the trans stuff is played out, obvs.

    Anyhoo, seems the lawyers for Trader Joe's (who are up in front of the National Labor Rights Board for union busting) are prepping an argument that the NLRB itself is unconstitutional (in the way the GOP like, not the way that means Trump can be kicked off ballots)... at the moment, this is just closing arguments to the NLRB judge (who said he obviously wasn't going to rule on his own constitutionality), but you can be sure this is a tee-up for a SCOTUS case down the line.

    SCOTUS ruled the existence of the NLRB was constitutional back in 1937, but "settled law" means nothing these days...
