Fat, violent and unprofessional is no way to go through life.

I’ve said for awhile that Pompeo, Mulvaney, et al are not the best and the brightest. It appears that he was either woefully unprepared, or his aides sabotaged him, or both. Asking for a blank map takes the stupid to a whole other level.

Pompeo graduated at (or near) the top of his class at West Point. I'm not going to the buy the "he's stupid" story line. That leaves other possibilities. I'm not buying "woefully unprepared" or "aides sabotaged him" either. What does that leave? I'm more inclined to think that Pompeo has cheerfully signed away any bit of personal integrity in order to serve his ambition.

Of course Pompeo is lying, he works for Trump. Which also means he is a moron and lying about something easily disprovable.

Kelly has the emails.

Pompeo has been an idiot for quite some time. Every day he is Secretary of State Rex Tillerson looks even better.

Seems to work out surprisingly often.

It's a well established precedent that keeping something off the record requires two party consent and that attacking someone "in private" negates your ability to complain if they then tell others about it.

Mary Louise Kelly is not to be trifled with. One time a guy she was interviewing called her Mary-Lou and then it sounded like she broke his neck.

He was an asshole congressman, not unlike Nunes and Collins et al.

Now he's closer to the throne and it makes him that much more arrogant.
