The fuck... there are any number of variables that will account for this. One of the top of my head is that the females who do not use condoms tend to be in long-term committed relationships, that are more conducive to mental health regardless of how the female perceives the relationship (unless they are about to break up, most people will say they like the relationship they are in, even in abusive relationships)
Yeah, this is an old story, and like Herpetologist says there is nothing in this that indicates a cause and effect relationship.
