Maybe I could buy that the name "88 Tactical" really is just based on police code for "situation secure." (There actually is a security company with no inclinations toward Naziism, as far as I know, that calls itself "Signal 88" for that reason.)

Or that the elevation map prominently displayed on one of their walls, with the peak elevation being "1488" even though if you read the map the peak would actually be somewhere between 1,500 and 1520 feet, and the "1488" being in a nice big bold font, was just a piece of stock art and the significance didn't register with them.

Or that the store's logo being a red bird with its beak turned to the right was pure graphic design coincidence.

Or that "SS" really does just stand for "Silencer Smooth," how dare you suggest otherwise.

Or that the owned named his dog "Panzer" 'cause he liked how it sounded.

The wall art actually says 1480, not 1488. But in context it's close enough to be very sus and feels like someone said it would just be too obvious even for them.

88 is super-well known as a symbol for "heil Hitler" and 14 refers to the 14 word mission statement, "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children.”

This is either pretty blatant Nazi sympathy, or else it's extreme ignorance (which is hard to believe).

I suppose they could also just be super bad taste trolls, but again, that seems unlikely.

The "red bird", however, is just a Phoenix, and I have never heard of a Phoenix being used as Nazi symbology, but I suppose it could have escaped my notice.
