My WF time is now pretty much limited to pop ins, and I'm pretty apathetic about peering into most threads, even the beloved Red Room. You might want to find a real Green Room mod, as I really only look into things that are pointed out to me.

I know the general consensus a few months ago was that TKO was too young for a mod, but it's an awful long time since anything went wrong in Green (tempting fate, I know ), and it might be a way of seeing how she handles a bit of power...

I'd still like to try TKO as a mod, if she'd do it.

She's an adult now, and after her first screw up she's more likely to offer up nekkid pics to get back in our good favor.... What?

Personally, I think TKO may be too young. Just my two cents. Look for someone who has some seasoning, who has a track record of being able to handle the inevitable criticism that modding brings.

Especially since some members here are her friends off the board. That can make it much harder to take criticism or be impartial if it's something that could effect your "real life".

Let TKO get a little older and then we'll see. I'll be pondering this over the coming days, but continued suggestions are more than welcome.

I know he's busy, but I've extended an offer to shootER. I still need a Plan D if he too declines.

The new GR mod will be able to read this thread, can't imagine being "Plan D" is going to inspire confidence.

Josieland would be great, but she's turned down repeated offers.

Setting up a rotation of systematically cycling mods in and out of duty might solve the mod recruitment process in the future.

Sounds like jury duty. Better to let people volunteer.

Didn't say mandatory. You might get more volunteers if you set up a defined term of service instead of this vague open ended commitment.
