Problem with "Contact Us"?

I got this message on Facebook from Chaos Descending:

I don't know if it's a technical problem or some people here are getting lax with their duties but clearly you guys have some sort of an issue that needs addressing.

I'm not sure who the recipient is meant to be, but I've never received a message. @John: do you know who is supposed to receive the message?

As for Chaos, looks like somebody else already unlocked his account.

The "Contact Us" option should send the email to the default email address, which is currently listed as techadmin@wordforge.net, and I can only assume that's The Exception.

You might want to consider changing that so all Admins get the e-mails to ensure someone who is around will get them and can deal with whatever issue or question someone has.

Especially since Nick's availability seems to sometimes fluctuate. It's not ideal when people have to wait days for acknowledgement.

Agree with Tamar. John, is there a way to route it to multiple e-mails? If not, it should probably be you or me.

If you want the default email, I can make it yours. If you don't, I'll use mine. It's fine either way.

Make it [REDACTED]. If I get spammed up, then we'll switch it to you.

Alright, it's all done. You have the default address, but I went ahead and took the bounce address, which just means if your account is unreachable for some reason, the notification will be sent to me, and I can see to the problem.

I don't know what's wrong, but Chaos still can't get in. He's tried several times to no avail.

I'm taking care of it now. I hope his email on file is his current one. Which reminds me...

Edit: Good, he was able to log in.
