Neither do I, unfortunately. But now that I'll have a PS3 for Christmas, I might just have to buy one. For movies, if you have a small TV, you won't notice much of a difference. The difference is viewing anything on a huge ass TV. Then you'll know FOR SURE that there's a big difference. What I like about HDTV is watching sports in an HD broadcast. Especially hockey, where you can now see the numbers on the back of their jerseys without squinting. I imagine other sports would benefit too.
It's too bad HDTV is still only 30 fps the way NTSC is (actually NTSC is 29.97 but lets not split hairs). Does a pretty shabby job of tracking things like baseballs, hockey pucks, or other fast-moving objects.
Let's just say I FUCKED UP ROYALLY on this house purchase. I literally don't have a place to mount it in the livnig room. That will continue to be a sore spot with me, right up until the day I sell this fucker. (Or die).
