    his excuse for spying was that America didn't do shit when the Jews were getting hammered by the Nazis in the 40's, and Caspar Weinberger * wasn't doing enough to help Israel in the 80's. Okay valid points and I'm sure a lot of Jews shared his sentiments, but he could have just...ya know...quit his job if he was personally conflicted. Just my 2 cents.

    * I missed an opportunity to have my picture taken with Caspar Weinberger and being on the front page of Stars & Stripes

    good one! I enjoy having civilians disparage my profession. Side note there are other wordforge members who might be able to assist you as well. I believe Anc is the wordforge SME on engaging enemy combatants, but to be honest none of them would have been "innocent" because killing innocent people is morally reprehensible.
