    It doesn't matter if things/rules change. When the warning was given it was against the rules. :shrug:

    And Bear...that is barely (heh) trolling. You are just hoping to get him nailed. Ignore him. That will annoy him more than any actions taken against him can. He revels in board lawyering...it's best to take away his toy in a case like this.

    I didn't go read the thread.

    I was generalizing...some of them try to use this reasoning with Polarslam...he should be back because some of the rules he broke then, don't apply anymore.

    I think that is just ludicrous.
