There, that should have it. I don't understand how putting Turkey in the "signature abusers" group magically gave him shelter access, but I've switched him back to a regular user. We'll see what happens.

What'd you do?

Edit Forum Permissions (Access Masks) at the top of the user manager page for Spaceturkey.

It lists all the individual areas of access and I was able to change back Shelter forums accesses to "No".

Figures. The one place in the mish-mash of permissions management I didn't look.

Also, once again, set the Primary Usergroup to "Registered Users" unless someone is a mod or admin.
