    Is this the same guy who tweeted "Help me, Radley Balko, you're my only hope"?

    Looks like they released him because they had no evidence that he had ricin or the materials or information to make it, not because of his political leanings.

    What is that stuff? I'm afraid to Google it for fear they'll suspect me of being a terrorist.

    That will teach people to write to the people in DC. This guy was arrested purely because he had written letters to congress in the past. This is simply a witch hunt with no plan or anything. Now they are violating the rights of a guy in Tupelo about 50 miles south of there. The reason, Elvis dude and him had a falling out 3 years ago. Memphis is a long way from Tupelo. Memphis is where the letter was postmarked from. That covers a big area.
